Luciana Porcelli

Born in Terlizzi (BA) in 1979, Luciana graduated in Law magna cum laude from the University of Bari in 2003 and then completed her training at the State Legal Advisory Service.
Admitted in February 2007, she is a member of the Milan Bar Council and she is admitted to the Supreme Court Bar.
Luciana has built up consolidated experience in litigation matters concerning sale and supply of goods and services and product liability.
In addition, she has acquired specific expertise in intellectual property matters, unfair competition and copyright law.
Social media and digital marketing lover, she has a wide experience advising clients on related legal issues.
Luciana has a good working knowledge of both English and French.
