Marco Botteghi

Marco graduated from the University of Trento, with a dissertation about Online Exhaustion Principle and the License vs. Sale dichotomy in the digital market.
He has collaborated as a trainee lawyer with FTCC Studio Legale Associato since April 2016.
Marco deals with legal issues related to distinctive signs, copyright, patent, design offering assistence in opposition and invalidity procedings commenced before the competent bodies. He assists international and national leading companies in questions related to antitrust and advertising law.
